Contains extracts from cucumber, mango, papaya, goldenseal, echinacea and aloe that provide natural sources of healing and toning. Paraben free, talc free. Application: Using the doe foot, touch around the eyes where desired. Then using your fingertips, lightly pat in. A cooling sensation will be noted on application and when totally absorbed/dried will give your tired eyes a brighter look. Can be applied directly on clean skin before other products or even over others.
